Control Radio via Tasker

I've been trying to work out a way to use tasker to control the radio app.

There are a few tools around that try to do this as a standalone app but they're out of date and crash.

I'm not a developer so I'm entirely out of my depth but I've looked through the manifest files and done a lot of googling.

The radio app and widget send broadcast intents to com.microntek.radio.reports with these extras

Start or stop
type: power
state: (on or off)

Tuning
type:content
channel...
